John is among the very few appraisers in the country to have earned a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP) status with the US Green Building Council. We utilize his knowledge of green/sustainable building fundamentals, and cultivate data from contacts throughout the commercial building sector across the U.S. to research the economics of energy efficiency and sustainability programs pertaining to commercial buildings.
