Client-focused solutions for ever changing markets

We have appraised all types of multifamily properties from Class A core to Class C suburban, including Section 8 and 42 properties. We understand complex rent structures and risk profiles associated with many multifamily properties.

We have appraised community and neighborhood shopping centers using ARGUS financial modeling software, as well as grocery stores, convenience stores, restaurants, gas stations, and many other retail properties.

The national hospitality market is finally seeing a modest increase in average daily rates after a challenging few years. However, until a degree of economic certainty is palpable, many Americans will continue to eschew vacations for stay-cations. We have appraised large hotels catering to business travelers as well as boutique hotels in tourist towns.

We have appraised every type of industrial property, from Class A income-producing warehouse properties to turn-of-the-century steel mills and textile manufacturing plants, and everything in-between.

We have appraised office buildings from CBD to suburb to small town; from multitenant (using ARGUS) to owner-user to condominium.

Specialty Properties

Throughout the past 15 years, we have appraised multiple religious facilities, investment land, amusement properties, and even a dude ranch. We enjoy the challenges involved with properties which fall outside our "sweet spot" and ensure competence in diligently researching unique properties. Other specialty property types appriased include:

  • Schools

  • Marinas

  • Condominiums

  • Convenience Stores/Gas Stations

  • Car Washes
